“Deep but bright crimson-purple; classic (in the best sense) Barossa shiraz, the bouquet leading inexorably into the medium to full-bodied palate where black fruits dominate, underpinned by nuances of plum, mulberry, licorice and firm savoury tannins. Put your house on the wine flourishing in 20+ years.”

"As ever, a very good Shiraz. It’s chocolaty and perfumed, flavoursome and generous, yet refined and almost silky in its delivery of spice, and spectrum of juicy berry fruit. There’s earthiness and bitter dark chocolate, almost a Mataro-like tone to it, and a gentle spread of fine grained tannin on a long precise finish. Another fine vintage.”
