“This is a very fine release.  Aromatic with sage, aniseed, dried flowers and spice, raw almonds, black and blue fruits. Medium bodied at best, slinky and supple, with the game and dried herb savouries of the grape tussling with juicy pastille fruit. Fresh and clean on a long finish, gentle tug of tannin provides a happy ending. Hard not to love.”

"A very fine mataro with a bright,  youthful hue and a complex bouquet showing graphite and dried mushrooms among fruitier notes.  It’s full-bodied and supple with density and concentration but also softness and harmony.  The texture is a highlight. Cellar 2-20 years"
